XCT 3000 Research is a large bore CT designed for studies of larger animals. specimens commonly include non-human primates, sheep, dogs and rabbits.

The XCT 3000 Research is capable of scanning the axial as well as appendicular skeleton. It has the flexibility, precision and accuracy characteristic of the other STRATEC research densitometry systems.
